A Beginner-Friendly Stargate SG-1 Roleplaying Mission

The Stargate Phoenix Site  needs a team for urgent off-world missions: unexplained signals, stranded allies, old enemies, unfamiliar cultures, and worlds where a quick briefing can become a problem no one saw coming.

Play out your favorite sci-fi TV series, Stargate SG-1, in epic off-world missions. Step through the gate as part of a Phoenix Site team, explore unfamiliar worlds, face impossible choices, and decide how the story ends.

This is an in-person, bi-weekly series of official Stargate SG-1 Roleplaying Game one-shots. Every date runs a different, unique mission, with a new objective, a clear ending, and room for action, investigation, diplomacy, hard choices, and the occasional unexpected alien complication. 

You can treat Phoenix Site like a TV series where you choose the episodes. The mission you play is completed in one sitting, so you can join for a single night and leave satisfied. If you return, the world can remember the teams, discoveries, relationships, and consequences that came before. You never need to have attended a previous date to have a good time.

New to roleplaying games or Stargate? You are in the right place. You do not need to know the rules or bring a character. Ready-to-play team members are available, and the game is taught naturally as play unfolds. Returning players can continue with a character from a prior Phoenix Site mission when it fits the ticketed mission’s requirements.

• No experience needed: New to tabletop RPGs, Stargate, or both? You are welcome here.
• Ready-to-play team members: Choose a pre-made character and get right to the mission.
• Rules taught as you play: Your GM explains what matters when it matters.
• Mission night: Plan for about 4–5 hours of action, exploration, and team decisions.
• Small team: Up to seven players per mission.
• Play your way: No acting, character voice, or advance preparation required. Dice are optional.
