Learn to Prerelease
Designed to help brand new or newer players who have never done a prerelease learn. We will presume zero to little previous knowledge. Our staff will help attendees learn the new mechanics and concepts of a Magic Prerelease.
- We run a learn to play event on Saturday from 3 pm to 8 pm.

Regular Prerelease
This is a classic Prerelease event in which players will open their prerelease kits, which contain six play boosters to construct their deck. A Foil Rare or Mythic for building your deck and a spindown die. Build a deck (typically 40 cards) to then battle against other participants. This is
We typically have four regular prereleases. You can sign up for any of following Prereleases via this link Here.
- Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm
- Saturday from 7 pm to 11 pm
- Sunday from Noon to 4 pm,
- Wednesday from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Premier Prerelease
A Mox Seattle original Prerelease event. It functions just like classic prereleases but with a slight twist. There is an achievement list custom-made for every new magic for a chance to win additional prizes. All attendees get a one starting ticket to win additional prizes by random giveaways at the start of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds of play for prizes.
- Regular Premier is on Saturday from 2 pm to 6 pm

Two-Headed Giant
A Regular Prerelease with a friend! Instead of building a deck on your own, you and your partner will have a combined pool of cards to build your deck. This is the best for playing with a friend or newer players as well.
We typically run our events on Saturday at 11 am

Prerelease at Home
Unable to participate in one of our events on-site? No worries. Prerelease at home events are currently a method that Wizard of the Cost allows us to have folk sign up on a player list via the Wizard account email, or by Name only to be able to purchase a kit as an event from us to play at the comfort of their own home, or with friends who's unable to make it to one of our Prereleases
