Fear not! Our Dungeon Master is here to teach you how to delve dungeons, fight bugbears, and sweet talk your way out of almost anything. Arm yourself with knowledge and experience, and be ready to tackle your very own adventures!
The adventure begins! Join Mox Boarding House to learn the ins and outs of Dungeons & Dragons in "A Taste of Adventure," a custom campaign built from the ground up to introduce new players to the mechanics, concepts, and strategies of the world’s most popular RPG. This four week program will give you the tools you need to feel confident in joining outside games, or joining us at Mox for more advanced campaigns!
Here's what you can expect at each session:
- Week 1: Your Impact on the World -- an overview of the game mechanics, the character sheet, and how to get the best experience.
- Week 2: A Dynasty Obscene -- learn the ropes dealing with a gang of smugglers in the woods outside the city of Arcstead.
- Week 3: The Waterfall -- focus on social interactions in this harvest and beer festival as your characters relax after a job well done
- Week 4: The Migrating Stone -- an overarching mystery culminates in a true challenge of what you have learned!
Time: Thursdays, 5:00pm - 9:00pm
